Dear Angelo

Thank you for the tremendous job that you, your daughter, and your staff did at the wedding celebration for our daughter (Carolina) and new son in law (Tyler) last Saturday. The setting, the food, the excellent wait staff—all were more than we expected. You kept every promise that you made when we came earlier in the summer during the food tasting. Most of the guests that we have seen since the wedding have raved about how good everything was.

The only problem that I had was that I did not get to sample all of the appetizers because I could not stay away from the pulled pork station. My daughter knows I have a weakness for all foods southern—especially pulled pork!

The whole day was perfect for Carolina and Tyler. They had a wonderful time—what a great way for them to start off their married life.
