Every course is perfectly paired with a wine that was selected to enrich the flavor and nuances of each menu item. At the beginning of the evening, we will explain each wine, including the region it comes from and why it was paired with the particular item. Then, each course will be delivered to you with a different glass of wine, which will introduce to you a new way to enjoy food and wine.
